Nethermoss Archers is a friendly and welcoming archery club shooting at Hurlston Hall, Scarisbrick, nr. Ormskirk (Summer season) and Burscough Sports Centre (Winter season).

We welcome people of all ages and abilities to our sport from beginners to Olympic athletes.

Established in1958, the club was accredited with the prestigious Clubmark award in 2010 and celebrated its Diamond Jubilee in 2018.

Our facilities are second to none. We have an excellent outdoor shooting field at Hurlston Hall where we shoot all target bow styles, including compound. Access to the field is very easy and there is a good car park. Use of the field is strictly for Club members and authorised guests.  We can use the excellent restaurant and bar facilities of Hurlston Hall. From October to March we shoot in an indoor sports hall at Burscough Sports Centre.

We welcome newcomers and guests (Archery GB members).

We are affiliated with Archery GB, the national governing body for archery in the UK

If you are interested in joining one of our beginners courses please see further details on the 'Beginners Courses' page.

Pat Moss has been awarded the Roger and Jean Stretton award by the Lancashire Archery Association her service to Nethermoss over many years.
